When I arrived at 12:50 PM, I found out that my order h... read more I ordered my meal well ahead of time for a 1:00 PM pickup and specifically asked for no crab in my dish. When I arrived at 12:50 PM, I found out that my order had been overlooked. I reiterated my request to leave out the crab, but I don’t believe they understood me, as none of the staff spoke English. I understand that the majority of their customers speak Spanish, but they should have someone on hand who can communicate in English for other patrons. Unfortunately, my dish ended up having crab in it.

One of my family members called to place our usual order and was polite to the woman who answered at the Ossining location. When mentioning that they owed us a tres leches cake from our last order, the manager had stated they would send it with our next order. However, the woman on the phone responded in a very aggressive and rude manner for absolutely no reason. Her lack of manners and poor customer service was surprising. Unfortunately, we have decided not to order from this restaurant again, and we will make sure to inform our friends and family to avoid it as well. I hope the restaurant owner has a serious talk with her about her customer service.

One of my family members called to place an orderlike any other day and was kind to the woman who answered the phone at the Ossining location. Upon informing the lady that theyowed us a tres leches from the last time they sent a spoiled one the manager in charge said they would send it next time weordered) the woman on the phone became very aggressive and rude for ABSOLUTELY no reason. She had no manners and incredibly poorcustomer service. It?s Safe to say we will not be ordering food here again and we will be making sure to let our friends andfamily know not to order from here either. I hope whoever owns the restaurant has a serious talk with this woman about hercustomer service.

I was there at 12:50 only to find out they forgot to make my order. I reiterated my no crab request but I don?t think they understood as no one therespeaks English. I know their main clientele is Spanish speaking but they should have someone you has a basic understanding ofthe English language for other customers. Needless to say my dish had crab.
