People working there put away the ice cream in the... read more Got to the store at 9:30, they close at 10. Had family from out of town where they don?t have baskin Robbins. People working there put away the ice cream in the back and told us they didn?t have any ice cream to serve us. Hurray for carvel?

My husband and I visited Baskin-Robbins and arrived a few minutes before 9 PM. There was a line inside, so we decided to check out the ice cream options first.... read more My husband and I visited Baskin-Robbins and arrived a few minutes before 9 PM. There was a line inside, so we decided to check out the ice cream options first. As we approached the line, an employee informed us, "It's 8:59, we're closed now." People in line began to leave, and before we could reach the door, they turned off the lights. Once we got outside, they turned the lights back on inside. The staff was quite rude and unhelpful. How hard would it have been to stay open for just an extra five minutes?
