We parked up just opposite The Maypole, so we had lunch. Drinks to start while we checked the menu. Steak pie chips and peas for my wife and I, Scampi chips and peas for our daughter. We all agreed the food was spot on! Congratulations to the chef. Service good. We would recommend a visit.

The service was very quick and the san... read more I went to the restaurant and ordered two bacon sandwiches, a black coffee, and a latte. It was similar to a Wetherspoons. The service was very quick and the sandwiches were delicious with plenty of bacon, and they were only £1.99 each. The coffee was tasty, hot, and strong. The staff were very polite.
