During our inspection, we found several food items being held at unsafe temperatures: pizza sauce at 51F, cooked chicken at 53F, meatballs at 54F, fresh mozzare... read more During our inspection, we found several food items being held at unsafe temperatures: pizza sauce at 51F, cooked chicken at 53F, meatballs at 54F, fresh mozzarella at 51F, ricotta sauce at 49F, pomodori sauce at 52F, and cooked chicken at 65F. The operator informed us that these items had been held for less than three hours and promptly moved them to a cooler. Additionally, we noted that there was no time marking on foods being held using time as a public health control, such as the pizza. The operator stated that the pizza had been held since 12:00. A warning was issued, and corrective action was taken to address these issues.

The restaurant has a very mom and pop feel, which I love. It is very clean and the staff is attentive even when they are busy. I highly recommend this place, especially for those with dietary restrictions looking for delicious options like the dairy free and gluten free pizza that was cooked to perfection.

I had the Pretty Fly for a White Pie pizzzetta and really enjoyed it. It was a good size for a lunch portion and the crust was about as good as it gets for Florida pizza. The service was great too.
