After an hour and twenty minutes after our order, our food went wrong. we told the waitress/bartender. she cried her shoulders and asked if there was anything else. has not corrected the commands. has not refilled our glasses. kept telling us our command would be next. scallops were good, but only warm not hot. the sandwiches were wrong, boiled incorrectly and not hot. we have always eaten in tiki and had good food and service. very disappointed by restaurant and service on the top floor.

Immobilien and location are stunning, but unfortunately it really needs an Executive Cook. food preparation was subpar and very disappointing to say the least. it seems they have cook, but not a cook. the drum was cold, muddy and stale. French pommes were overcooked and tacos were a chaos. we could not recommend this place for food quality.

The hostess just stared at us when we arrived. weird. food was good but a little pricey. no textiles in the bars/restaurants, so it was incredibly loud and echoey. we will return to the tiki bar, but not the new building.
