Description

Nestled waterfront, the restaurant promises a quintessential tiki bar experience but leaves patrons with mixed feelings. While the lively ambiance, complemented by live music and breathtaking sunset views, is commendable, the background disco hits often dampen the intended tropical vibe. Patrons note that food quality varies; some dishes arrive lukewarm or wrongly prepared, drawing comparisons to better tiki bars nearby. Service can be hit or miss, with some staff showing attentiveness while others fall short. Although it boasts a stunning location, diners express a need for improved food preparation and a more consistent dining experience.

Went for a Florida tiki bar experience but was disappointed to hear loud disco music playing until the live entertainment started playing. I get it that the staff gets tired of hearing the same old touristy music but that’s just too bad, I want to hear Jimmy Buffet or Zach Bryan, not Sia. Food was just ok, overpriced due to location on the water. Better tiki bars close by.

The food is terrible and the manager does not allow service dogs, which is unacceptable.

The gardener was creating a very noisy environment, which made it impossible to enjoy a meal on the outdoor patio.

We arrived very early for dinner 4 pm) and were greeted immediately, even though the restaurant was empty. Our waiter, Kevin, was very helpful with menu selection and dietary restrictions see note below). The food is a bit on the pricey side $17.99 for a crab cake sandwich and coleslaw), but you can’t beat the view at sunset, so it’s worth the extra price. The key lime pie is the real deal! They also didn’t mind that we stayed at our table and talked a bit long. It was a wonderful experience for long-distance friends catching up. And thank you, Kevin, for your professional service!Dietary restrictions: Our waiter, Kevin, was extra attentive to the fact that we had an individual with a shellfish allergy. He even double checked the kitchen preparation area and reported back—of his own initiative. He was very dutiful and we were very grateful.
