The old building is very nice, but when you don't ask for it epaccially or make a late reservation you are likely to get a table in the adjecant new buillding. The food is okay, but to my likings overpriced for waht you get.

We came here to celebrate a 90th birthday of a relative of mine and apart from having had an excellent meal in a great historical atmosphere, the only downfall... read more We came here to celebrate a 90th birthday of a relative of mine and apart from having had an excellent meal in a great historical atmosphere, the only downfall was the fact that this restaurant because of it's history was rather crowded and the noise from other tables made sensible conversations rather difficult. Thee menu was perhaps slightly limited, but the food, the presentation and especially the taste of the meal was outstanding and well worth the slightly higher than usual price charged. The service was superb and though one must reserve a table in order to be able to get here, it is worth while to do that. We'll come again
