I was also pleasantly surprised to see the owner present, and he was equally inviting. The food is delicious, and I was impressed by the generous portion sizes—one order is more than enough for two people. This place has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in town.

However, it does seem to cater more to tourists, as locals usually don’t dine here. I forgot to take any photos, but believe me, you should definitely give it a try! The ribs are amazing, and the fried noodles are equally tasty. Just a heads-up: Filipino dining culture often includes added sugar in dishes and a strong preference for deep-fried foods. Although mangoes are in season right now, they still add sugar to the mango shakes, but you can always ask for it without sugar.
