The place was a small quaint location with great aircon and a lovely back room location. Location was convenient, in the middle of Oslob Municipality. Sisig Pork: absolute deliciousness in one hot plate. The pork was fragrant and juicy, not hard or overcooked at all due to the quick serving and fresh ingredients. Omelette: Surprised me the most. I expected a simple egg omelette with nothing special, but I got a delicious egg with runny insides and balanced flavours. Salmon Sinigang: Not too much vegetables and a lot more ingredient (salmon) in the soup. Great refreshing taste compared to the other heavy dishes.
