What Sten Dubin doesn't like about Lantawan:
The worst meal we’ve had in the Philippines. Chicken with glass noodles was inedible, chicken curry wasn’t with coconut milk, rather a very watery broth. We are nor picky eaters, but this was too much for us. Disappointed. View all feedback.
We ate here twice. It is quite a busy restaurant with lovely staff. The food is really good in taste, quality, quantity and value for money. My wife had prawns as a starter. They were a meal on there own. The drinks are very cheap priced too. The curries, and fried rice dishes are excellent. Would I recommend this restaurant, YES, most definitely.
I had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant. It's conveniently located near the road, making it accessible for everyone. We were seated quickly and enjoyed drinks while we waited for our food. The meals were served hot and tasted fantastic. The server was very friendly and accommodating.
The service was excellent, and the staff were kind and friendly. They even offered us coffee and clubhouse sandwiches in the morning. They woke up early to prepare breakfast for us because we were going to watch the whale sharks. Thank you very much!
The restaurant is a great place to eat with affordable prices. It's clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. Well done!
Service was top-notch. Friendly and welcoming. Check in Friday, Check Out Saturday 1pm. We were literally the only guests during our stay. We literally had the entire resort to ourselves. Peaceful. ROOM: I love the openness of the room. The facade of the Executive room was all-glass, facing towards the infinity pool. During the day I suggest to just open all the curtains and enjoy the view. Aircon was good. Overall, the room was nice and cozy. There were only three little things we didn't like: no Refrigerator, no trashcan, and the shower flooded after the use of 3pax. There was bidet, which is always a plus. POOL: No lifeguard, so if you have kids please do not leave them alone. There's a kiddie pool. I am 5ft 7in and the deepest portion of the pool I would say be up to my collarbone. PARKING: Fortunately for us we were the only guest during our stay. The gravel parking can fit up to maybe 3 cars side by side. Location is conveniently near to restaurants and to Grand Gaisano Center. We ate at Choobi Choobi.
