Excellent service, all dishes are very pleasant to the eyes. we ordered edamame, wagyu meat roll, cunning salmonaki, salmon nigiri, ceviche prober, Japanese kar... read more Excellent service, all dishes are very pleasant to the eyes. we ordered edamame, wagyu meat roll, cunning salmonaki, salmon nigiri, ceviche prober, Japanese kartoffels, vegetarian maki, chicken wings and salmon Honey/Mustard. I had great hopes as the reviews are pretty good, especially for ceviche sampler. Although most dishes are delicious, they are not excellent. the dressing of two of the ceviche (salmon and turbot) do not go well with fishing. my favorite is Waygu-Rindrolle.
