Was Shan at Baker Hansen a mag?
Another gluten free bakery in Oslo ! Seems like I need to move for my dietary needs I had the divine cinnamon roll. Honestly Yummy! Of course with my matcha tea. You can sit outside on the cosy seats basking in the sun. It was just the perfect little break on my way back from the Royal Palace. Highly recommend this bakery and very reasonable too! Anyone who thinks this is a good bakery has never baked before. The bread buns we tasted and the dough itself was too tight! The prove and the bake looked rushed. The pistachio bun has no flavour, or integration with the dough and just looked like food colouring. Really poor quality. View all feedback.

I love Baker Hansen, with their many locations throughout Oslo. The food is excellent; in particular, I love to stop at this location for a tasty sandwich whenever I am hungry and on my way back from the Oslo center to the Frogner neighborhood. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is reliably tasty, and top-notch quality.
Horrible customer service. Scheduled a delivery with them for a friend they stopped replying to my emails and the cake was never delivered. No refund, no nothing. Just awful
Some of the best food I've ever had in my life! I promise you that. A weekend excursion whisked me away to Oslo and while I was there, I indulged in some wonderful food. Baker Hansen is on the top of the list. I had an amazing sandwich stuffed with mozzarella, pesto, rocket and sun dried tomatoes. I was surprisingly pleased. A couple days later I stopped back for a salad filled with greens, seasoned chicken and a medley of vegetables. If you're in Oslo, please please please stop by Baker Hansen for a delicious lunch!
I was nervous here just because it is a small space, was super busy, and there is a lot of non GF bread floating around. Wait staff kindly reassured me they would prepare my sandwich on a clean surface with dedicated utensils. Did not get sick and sandwich was very good. FYI not much room to sit inside but you can grab a bench in the public park area right outside of the weather is nice
