Agave has great potential, a fantastic location, and a decent concept, but the execution falls short. This is a place where take-out is recommended. During my visit, I felt unwelcome, poorly treated, and the waiter seemed disinterested. The treatment of other guests was also rude, with little acknowledgment upon entering. Despite requesting no tortilla chips in my taco salad, they were included. The food was decent overall, making Agave a good option for take-out.

I ordered a chipotle beef burrito for delivery to my office and it was absolutely delicious! Although I haven't visited the restaurant in person, I can highly recommend the burrito for its well-seasoned meat and tasty sauces.

This restaurant is a great spot for grabbing some delicious lunch burritos or for those lazy Sundays when you don't feel like cooking dinner. The Mexican food here is tasty and reasonably priced.

Good Mexican food is hard to come by in Oslo. Agave though has a good mix tasty dishes. Unlike their newer counterparts like tequila and taco republica, you are not paying out of the ass for tiny portions. I've been here on several occasions and have always been pleased with the staff and service. tasty burritos and enchiladas options to have the food made spicier good price should offer complimentary chips and salsa wouldn't have minded more meat in my taco Go here if you: want to eat tasty Mexican food in a nice atmosphere with Latin music. Should be good for either dates (don't go too spicy of course) or for beers and food with friends.

Agave was the first Mexican restaurant I've visited that serves real Mexican food and not the Scandinavian and Mexican cross over. The restaurant has great staff and there friendly and provide hood service so nothing bad to say about that. The interior is simple and a lot of art which gives it an Aztec feel to the place. So what a bout the food? I had the casedias and I've like them but there a bit to mild in my taste and I chose medium. Might not have been lucky but there are better real Mexican food in Oslo in my experience. however we would still absolutely recommend a visits to this place and I like it a lot.
