Was Nadia Zanwer Ghaderi at Habits Coffee a mag?
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good meal from a super nice man and for an afordable price. So far I have tried the lentil soup, the falafel burger and the spiced turmeric milk, and they have all been amazing. Abdullahs cooking is incredible. And he is one of the kindest people I have meet. If you haven't been here you are really missing out! Looking forward to going back View all feedback.
Everything about this place is delicious! The warmth, the friendliness of the owner, the beautiful setting, and oh my goodness- how delicious the food is too! I loved this place! Habits Coffee surely is a neighborhood institution, and felt like I imagine 'Cheers ' did in the old TV show. 'Habits ' means 'my love ' and customers are referred to as 'friends ' and introduced to each other while there together. The gregarious Owner distributes a warm combo of introductions, big hugs, food samples, and freshly squeezed juices. While you 'll get a sample of the most delicious lentil soup ever, you will not get his secret recipe! His store is, in a way, his gift back to the community who has embraced him. He spoke of the joy of having a place where customers could share with each other their troubles and be lifted up by the experience of having someone listen and offer perspective. One customer, a teacher, created a very cool Lego replica of his store, which he proudly displays it in a glass case on the counter. In summary, this is a beautiful place with plenty of delicious, fresh food with many vegan options, that was created by a warm-hearted and friendly owner! Thank you so much!
It's crazy how we could live here for so long and not find this cozy, little place, filled with love, laughter and awesome food and drinks! The food is excellent, but what makes it even more special is the lovely owner who welcomes you like a good friend. My tastebuds want me to go back tomorrow to have more soup (and freshly made, sugar free juice of course! ... We'll definitely be back soon!
Abdullah is so warm, passionete and welcoming and the food is really good, served with real love. Looking forward to come back many times and eat everything on the menu. Best place in Oslo I've visited!
I finally ventured in today, after walking by it a hundred times. I only wish I'd done it sooner! such a lovely place, with lovely drinks and a wonderful owner! hands down the best lentil soup I've ever tasted!
Homey Middle Eastern Café in Oslo Whether you want a great cup of coffee or delicious Palestinian food this is the place to go to! The owner creates a very guest free atmosphere, and it is as if you have visited him in his own home. There is no end to the care he holds for his dear customers. I felt much appreciated as a guest at Habits Coffee. The Falaffel Mezze Platter was utterly delicious, and the lentil soup, which I got to taste, was very creamy and tasty. I will definitely go back, and bring everyone I know!!
