I also had the veal 'en crouton ' which was absolutely amazing. The snowball for dessert topped the meal off brilliantly. The sommelier made spot-on wine pairings for all the courses, making the meal come together perfectly! The staff are very knowledgeable and service-minded and made this a perfect evening for me. An obvious Michelin star candidate in my opinion.
