Tiny bakery on the side of the road, but quickly gaining popularity among the locals, run by young people with new ideas on baking techniques and flavours. Carbon crostatas, cherry custard cakes, pink beetroot pizzas and grissinis, fave dei morti, breads. Options for vegans and gluten intolerants. The pizzas are out of this world. Pity there are not chairs or tables to sit at and devour more and more of the good stuff. We visit the area every couple of years, and we cannot wait to see how these guys evolve. Our bet (hope) is that they will scale up and open up a funky cafe somewhere in the area. Keep up the good work guys.
