Pizza Hut - Oshawa

I have visited numerous Pizza Hut locations, but I found this one to be the least enjoyable for me personally. My main concern with this place is that they do not offer water for customers to drink, which is essential for me when dining at any restaurant. The food was satisfying, as expected, and the staff were pleasant. However, the ambiance is subpar and the space is limited. Hopefully, they will consider providing water for customers in the future.

My first time ordering from Pizza Hut left me feeling disappointed by the lack of customer service I received. However, I must admit that the pizza itself was exceptional, possibly the best I've ever had. The dough was light and airy, and even the crust, which I don't usually enjoy, was surprisingly good. I would recommend trying another Pizza Hut location or picking up your order yourself rather than opting for delivery. I encountered an issue with my pizza and called the restaurant, but the response I received was aggressive and unhelpful. While they did offer to replace the pizza, I opted not to take them up on the offer. In my opinion, a coupon or a simple apology would have been more appropriate. Always check your order upon delivery, and businesses should treat their customers with respect and decency.

Highly disappointed! I didn't know you could make wings made from tip of the wing.We placed an order for traditional wings and boneless bites on a Friday night, boneless wings are so dry, burnt and taste so weird.Not worth getting the wings from this location.!!!!!

The worst pizza hut store hands down. Karen was so rude on the phone, and the delivery kid delivered the ordered food to another house and we called to tell them, and Karen was arguing that we are lying. We are done with this store.
