Some have complained about long wait times, incorrect orders, ant infestations, and lack of cleanliness. However, others have praised the fast service, new kiosk ordering system, and accurate orders. While some customers have had negative experiences with this location, others have found it to be efficient and reliable. It seems that consistency may be an issue at this McDonald's, with some customers having positive experiences while others have faced challenges with service and quality.
Worst Mcdonalds service ever. Going 25 minutes waiting for one small order. Just sandwich, fries and drink.
Saturday morning I went through their drive thru and order 2 coffees and 2 sausage mcmuffins. After being parked for 20 minutes I called the store and Kyle W , their store manager and also according to him the son of the owners brought my food out immediatly. With no apologies. Tim Hortons here I come from now on.
I used to frequent the McDonald's on Ritson/Dean, but every time I placed an order, it was always incorrect. I have never received the right order from that location. However, the McDonald's on King/Townline always gets my order right. Whether I am requesting a unique combination for a breakfast sandwich or adding extra items to a burger, my food always arrives fresh, appetizing, and accurate. I have ordered from this location multiple times through SkipTheDishes and the drive-thru, and I am consistently impressed by their accuracy. In comparison, the Ritson Road location, just 8 minutes away, consistently gets my order wrong.
Today, I visited the McDonald's at Townline in Oshawa with my daughter. Unfortunately, we discovered that there were ants dining under our table, despite not inviting them. It was concerning to realize that these ants had likely been inside the walls of the restaurant all year round. The presence of ants at McDonald's throughout the year is both surprising and disappointing. It appears that they have been multiplying and growing in numbers for quite some time, which is truly disgusting.
I visited the drive-thru on a Thursday evening. It wasn't too crowded. I requested a receipt but did not receive one. The ice cream was melted and had the consistency of soup. This location has had problems in the past month, such as forgetting to include fries and other items. Overall, not a great experience at this McDonald's.
