The only KFC I've visited where the chicken is never greasy! They obviously know how to cook it properly.
We were running late yesterday (Monday) so decided to grab a bucket of chicken, fries and salad. Got it home and fries and salads were good but the chicken was not. the skin was hard and tough. It appeared as if it had been cooked and then rewarmed. We ate the chicken but discarded the skin which has all the flavour....lesson learned, don't order on a Monday.
I know, what can you expect from a KFC, right? Well, I would hope a little more than this at least. The condition of the restaurant is deplorable. DO NOT eat in the restaurant. Get your take out, and leave as quickly as possible! The food has never let me down, but just standing in this place makes me feel dirty. Now that I think about it... why do I continue to go to such a gross, dirty-looking place? Answer: Because it's the only KFC anywhere near my house.
On the 28th of July, 2022 I placed an order for delivery. When the food got here, it looked disgusting. On top of that, the driver left without giving me my receipt. Since I used my credit card to place my order, I really needed my receipt. I have been making calls to The KFC Restaurant to try and get my receipt and they do not even have the decency to answer my call.
