My sister in law brought me in to this location this past weekend.The store itself was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I found the menu had many options for me vegetarian/sugar free). What User doesn't like about Freshii:
I ordered a bowl. They tend to make mistakes and simply take things out. Servings are shameful. What really got me crazy, though my partner goes there and is just asking if the cabbage is a mix with carrots or is it just carrots. They just say cabbage, so we choose it in a custom bowl. I can't have carrots because I'm allergic and he comes home to them, carrots in my mix, a huge cabbage that's rough, and they missed... View all feedback.
Had the Buddha satay today really delicious and healthy. Awesome staff and healthy food. Highly recommended.
Been going here to purchase food which I enjoy (regular customer). Needs improvement with the customer service...I was in the area twice and chose to use the restroom only to be argued with by the lady to the front with the accent (Middle Eastern look/short) stating it was out of order which it wasn't knowing I wanted to go urgently. This is unacceptable especially for a regular customer! Good business ethics is NOT just about receiving people's money but GOOD customer service.

I haven't been to Freshii for a while, but I will be back! Cobb Salad and Roasted Pepper/Tomato Soup! Fantastic! The staff here are great! Very helpful and polite. The sitting area is not fancy by any stretch, but most people take food to go. It was clean! Will be back. A little steep on the price maybe I am just old.. , but $50 for two salads, two soups and a drink! But once again, that may be just me. It was very good, so no real complaints here..

What a waste of my time. Not even going back. Terrible attention to detail on a place that literally has it written out in front of them. Also wouldn’t pick up their phone and didn’t ask for half sauce but definitely didn’t put nearly as much as prior times. Not impressed.
