Domino's Pizza - Oshawa

I have always had good experiences here in the past, but my last two orders were disappointing in terms of quality. Despite ordering a large pizza with extra cheese, mushrooms, and onions during a 50% off promotion, it appeared to be a medium pizza with only two toppings. Additionally, the pizza was very dry.

Order my pizzas they were ready in time. My problem is with the staff. Minimum 5 employees including one manger and apparently the general manager were either wear NO mask or wearing it improperly. While preparing food the General manager told me I have to realize it gets hot in there. I contacted Dominos head office but you know how it is answering machine at 730pm. I am awaiting the response. During a pandemic this is unacceptable behavior.

I have placed order online on 15th Nov 2019 at 4.30 pm with pickup time as 5.35 pm. From 1383 Wilson road, Oshawa. When reached to pick up the pizza, it was not ready. I have to wait for another 15 minutes (5.50 pm) for it to be ready. There was no apology from staff for delay. As I hired taxi to go to a place after collecting pizza, I have to shell down extra waiting charges to taxi driver. If Dominos do not maintain delivery time then what is the use of placing order online.

We were very pleased with the pizza at this location. Last two pizza places we ordered from were terrible. One being Pizza Nova which usually is quite good but when we ordered it was terrible. Another in Courtice on the corner of Hwy. 2 and Courtice Road lacked any type of taste. So hopefully Domino's will continue to provide great pizza. Until we order again keep up the great pizza!
