Very good reasons to keep coming back to Boston Pizza: cozy place excellent customer service great food awesome choices clean place I didn't have the appetite when my husband and I first came. Our food server, Taylor Smith, made the the positive difference. She went out of her way to make sure we get our orders on time. The roasted chicken wings were excellent, quite tasty, so are the piña colada drink and the Spinac... View all feedback.
What barbangi doesn't like about Boston Pizza:
Ordered our favourite pizza. Sausage, pepperoni, green peppers and pineapple. Ordered a large. It came with lots of toppings but the pizza was barely warm, cold in the center and not cooked all the way through. The cheese was just melted. Sent it back. The new pizza was over cooked as the waiter had them put it through twice. Not impressed, but after the long wait ate it. Offered free desert which was good. It seems... View all feedback.
A group of four of us all ordered pasta dishes and found the food to be tasty. However, we were disappointed by the prices of our drinks, which ultimately influenced our overall rating. A glass of soda water cost $3.50, coffee was also $3.50, and a domestic beer was a steep $7.50. The high prices seem to explain why this restaurant is typically only 75% full, while others nearby have long wait times and crowded lines.
I rarely write reviews unless I have received exceptional service or extremely poor service. Unfortunately, tonight I experienced the latter. The customer service was disgraceful. My party of 8 arrived for a special occasion and requested booths at the bar. The hostess was friendly, but another server rudely said they couldn't accommodate us and suggested putting tables together. The restaurant was nearly empty due to a snowstorm. We were met with snickers and comments from other staff members. When we asked to speak to a manager, she made excuses about the UFC fight happening later. We were served by a bartender who was rude and unfriendly. Despite our politeness, nothing was done to improve our experience. We paid almost $200 and left a generous tip, but we will not return and will not recommend this place. The management and staff need to improve. There are better options in Oshawa, such as Buffalo Wild Wings next door, with superior customer service.
As always we have a great time at Boston Pizza , Sarah has monthly family and Kids lunches ,that are great, this visit we saw Chase from Paw Patrol, Our lunch was served fast and hot, Kassidy G was a server and she was very friendly, look forward to another family lunch, great for younger kids to see there favorite characters .

It seems everytime we visit this particular location, the pizza doesn't delivery and always have to send it back. There pizza isn't cheap in price, but we do enjoy our favourite pizza occassional. Next time will go to the one in Whitby on Taunton Rd, never had a problem here.
Came here with friends a couple of times while in town one week. Service both times was exceptional. Food was well prepared and presented. It is of course a typical BP, but one that lives up to the name.
