Walked In at 8:58 with the sign saying open and they were serving someone and I got told that they are closed.I rushed over there and to be denied service before 9 is extremely bad customer service. View all feedback.

Visited this branch for the 1st time and I had a very bad customer service, Mg wife and child got in at 8:35 and placed an order for a Tahiti and by 8:37, while we were still at the store placed a 2nd order for a strawberry lemonade, the girl at the counter (urumi) said sorry we are closed and that I washed my juicer , so I asked her isn 't the store open till 9:00 pm?, she hesitantly said Yes, but I washed my juicer although i was in the store, after a bit of a chat , she said she can make one . Having sales staff like these makes your store loose customers. Very disappointed by this service
