Overall 4 stars for the price. The rooms are a bit outdated, we had a strange smell on our room so we asked to change it and the manager was more than happy to do so, giving us a room that seemed a lot fresher newer. The water park is nice for the price, 3 great slides, all different suitable for kids, lazy river that's only 2.5 feet, sometimes inconvenient for adults but very good if you have young kids.Food drinks:... Don’t stay here! Me and my husband booked this place as a last minute place to stay as we had an obligation in Kissimmee for the weekend. We have three nights reserved and we left after one night. This place is horrible! Don’t bring your kids here! We found a live and dead cockroach in our room. Someone smoking marijuana outside our door. Waste of money and time. Very run down and sketchy! I booked a room for Sunday and leave on Monday. They never told me they were closed on Monday. I even asked them several times can we stay and play at water park when we check out. They said oh yes you can. We find out Sunday night nope they are closed. I'm beyond mad right now because why would I spend $230 for my babies to swim for 2 hours. Not to mention gas and tolls. That it took to get there. I will never again go back.Nearby activities: The Waterpark that we could not use.

Having visited here before with a good experience I didn 't check reviews when we booked again. That was a mistake. It is under new ownership and not what it used to be. I was originally given the wrong room. When brought to the front desks attention I was told there weren 't any available. They weren 't of any help. Air conditioner didn 't work. They then upgraded us to the type of room I originally booked. We changed rooms at 11pm. Get to our other room, which was much better but no dishes, utensils or anything in kitchenette area. Had to go to desk for blankets for the bunk beds. Only get one small bag of ice for your entire stay. After that you must buy ice. Alot of the staff don 't speak or understand English. While we were the only ones in the pool a lady was cleaning the chairs and took our room key. Kids did have fun on waterslides and splash area. Lazy river is very shallow and hot tub was only warm not hot. Family booked another room in the resort. Their room had bugs in it along with old stinky carpet. Dead roaches in the stairways. Throughout our 3 day stay i only heard one song in English. They rest of the music playing was all in Spanish. If you have stayed here before this is not the place it used to be. This was our last stay there.Rooms: Ours was clean but others had bugs. No dishes or utensils in kitchenette.Food drinks: Tiki bar was expensive. Didn 't eat at restaurant this time.Noteworthy details: Had changed ownership and isn 't the same as previous visit.
*RUN RUN DONT STAY RIP OFF!!*Roach infested!!!! If I can get this place, no stars I definitely would. This was the most horrifying terrible day. It was a nightmare I mean this hotel is infested with roaches. You have to shake everything out when you leave. No one speaks English. The rooms are disgusting and filthy. I paid $500 for two nights. Then to be put in a corner room with renovations. it’s such an inconvenience because I had to walk around the hotel in order to get to my room having three children with no accommodations my daughter fell and scraped her skin on her elbow (she’s 2)outside of the room because they had the net directly in front of my door every time you open it it gets stuck in between the door you have to move it. Garbage cans were in front of my room trash on the floor, laundry, Burns I couldn’t even walk into the room with my luggage. I asked him politely to move it several times nothing was done about it. This was the most inconvenient rip off ever to pay $500 to sleep with roaches and moldy rooms it’s ridiculous. I would never recommend this place to anybody, and the fact that the manager Lisa doesn’t even care is even worse there was no accommodations not even a day just to come to the water park to be compensated!! Such a rip off!! Runnnnn Don’t stay here!!! You will leave with all different types of insect bites. Fleas roaches is terrible.!!!Rooms: Roach Infested Mold and disgusted Rooms !Nearby activities: There is nothing nearby to do!Safety: There’s definitely no safety no security it’s pitch black and you can’t even see the sign from the highway trying to find the driveway!Walkability: You can walk across the street to the gas station that’s about itFood drinks: Way over priced and the drinks are disgusting. You’ll be lucky to find if the tiki bar is open and if you do it’s an arm and a leg for three slushy’s it was about $40 smhNoteworthy details: Definitely not the place to stay over priced disgusted roach, infested bed bug infested please run
To be kind, this hotel is hustle and a dump in desperate need of renovation. We visited the hotel on 7/29/23 mostly so our 8 year old could enjoy the waterpark which is really a lazy river and about 4-5 slides. Upon on arrival, the place looks dingy but I was trying to be hopeful. Checked in about 4:30ish. The photo on the site seems to represent the area that has been remodeled, not the majority of the hotel. First : 1. Front desk staff are RUDE and incredibly dismissive. 2. There is a resort fee of an additional $37 per day not included with room rate and taxes). We walked up the 2 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor and neither of the two room keys worked. The couple in the room next to ours told us that they had issues as well and we should call the front desk. The front desk sent the maintenance guy to the room. He tried to program the keys and they did not work. He said the locks are old and that he needed to repair the lock but we needed to be in the room while he did it. So we waited the 40 minutes for him to repair the lock. At the end of which he said only one key will work. Now, it 's time for us to go to dinner. Head to dinner and come back sometime after 8pm. Walk up the stairs and use the new key. It did not work-AGAIN. Called the front desk, AGAIN. Sent the maintenance guy, AGAIN. He said the lock was not going to work because the rooms are old and all the locks need to be replaced. So he suggested they should change our room but also let us know that none were available where we were and no more double rooms. My husband called the front desk to ask about a potential reassignment. They said we could go to a new room with one bed except there are three of us. We asked at that point for a refund because it 's clear we couldn 't stay since 1. we couldn 't secure our room with a working lock on the door and 2. they could not accommodate the three people in our family. My husband went to the front desk because at this point we realize we cannot stay at this resort when the only person can get into the room is the maintenance guy. The front desk tried to make it seem like it was us that somehow we didn 't know how to use the key when the maintenance guy, in front of us, tested and showed us that the key was not working because the door was faulty. The front desk person 1 they refused to give a name) said they offered us one of four different rooms. However, when we reminded them none of those matched our reservation requirement they said it 's not their problem. Asked for the manager who was magically not available. We checked out the hotel after 4 hours of arriving there and called USAA to demand a refund from this business. We were better accommodated at another hotel within 20mins and it was so worth leaving. My husband called the manager whose first name is LISA with no last name she insisted that she wasn 't obliged to give him a last name) and once my husband kept reminding them of their culpability, she said I can 't stay on the phone with you all day.. cited the company policy and that they won 't refund the rest of the stay he got them to agree to one night 's refund, although we never spent a night there). Because we booked through USAA they are mediating this process and requesting the refund for the second night. I plan on reporting them to the BBB. This hotel should shut all the way down until they complete their renovations and still I wouldn 't stay there. The maintenance guy was the most polite and mannerly person. The rest of them need to be terminated and removed from dealing with customers all together.
