The Exchange - OSBORNE PARK

I've been there a few times and each time, I've been disappointed. On my last visit, I purchased a quiche serve), one small coffee a banana and one serve of carrot cake and paid The cake was stale and dry, totally inedible and...the whole thing overpriced. I will not be going there anymore.

This is my favourite go to for takeaway coffee, breakfast and lunch on Walters Drive. Very friendly staff always Delicious food. I like the toasties, baguettes, salads, savoury muffins. The haloumi fritters are yummy.

If you want a place that knows how to make coffee (campos too) in Perth then head to here. I had breakfast two days in a row as I was travelling for work and the breakfasts were amazing, better than hotel breakfasts. I tried the...eggs benedict with slow cooked beef and was cooked perfectly. Will be back when next in Perth.

This place is wonderful. They take pride in making great coffee, with great service. The food is exquisite. You can see that they really put a lot of effort into what they do and have created one of the best cafes in Perth tucked away...in Osborne Park

We are regular breakfast visitors for staff meetings and have never had any problems. breakfast foods are delicious. Staff are extremely efficient helpful friendly and accommodating. Even lunch foods are great. A little pricier than regular cafes around Osi Park but certainly well worth it....Oh yeah coffee is great also. It's a shame they are only in the business district cause weekend trade you would have to queue for ages.
