My husband always gets the swirl cone dipped in chocolate, but this time the ice cream melted due to the warm chocolate not setting properly. Overall, the food and service have declined since new ownership took over in April 2022. Previous reviews praising the restaurant were likely for the previous owners. I would not recommend dining here based on my recent experiences.

Unfortunately they have new owners and it is no longer a good pla... read more Tip Top used to always be a staple by our cabin that we always enjoyed through out the summer. Unfortunately they have new owners and it is no longer a good place to go. Had 2 different family members go this summer and both complained that they were told they couldn’t have their ice cream the way they wanted and that staff was rude when they ordered a staple they’ve been able to get there for the last 10 years. Haven’t tried the food yet this summer, but don’t think I will be from the sounds of other reviews.
