From all places I eat in Japan, this is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. I was in an Airbnb and stumbled over this wonderful Soba restaurant. Her chicken sauce broth is tasteful and creamy. I've eaten more than 100 stores of Rammen in Japan and never had one that's so beautifully presented. And no, you do not have to pay a premium price for this bowl, a normal size tori soba costs about 900 yen, which is absolutely amazing in taste. I added meat, noodle, egg and caramel, which is combined up to 1800 yen, which is appropriate for this amount of meat. Total staff Kindness 10/10 Taste 10/10 Presentation 100/10 Good.
Best Tori paitan rams I ever had in my life (as far as). I found it accidentally. The broth was extremely deep in the dimension of the chicken taste and well thick. The meat was super delicate, especially the chicken breast. I tried 3 versions: Tsukemen and Paitan-Ramen and shoyu-Ramen. Tsukemen was more salty and the most concentrated soup than other ramen. I personally like Tsukemen and Paitaner. It has always been crowned there since its small Rammen shop. The staff was nice, but they don't speak English.
Take care of noodle experience. If I could give 6 stars, I'd be total. Cosy restaurant with an efficient system. cream broth and perfectly cooked noodles. You need to pay extra for the smoked egg if you order the soup noodles. Came twice here while we were in Osaka and tsukemen and ramen. The tsukemen broth was full of Umami and was very rich and tasteful, but so well balanced. The soup noodle version was milder, but still very tasteful with the hot broth. Be ready to delete even at 930 and bring cash to buy your tickets on the machine before you board. I can't believe that the price for a large bowl is just ¥900 . Great value for incredible food.
We just had an interesting soba eating experience at this 12 seats, counter service restaurant. Soba isn't like those thin angular noodles. These are thicker and have much more springiness. Broth is blended with a handheld blender so it is rich and airy at the same time. I love the Tori soba (with soup) my wife prefers Toritsuke soba (dipping sauce on the side) How to order: chances are someone would come out to help you right away. If not, this is what you do There is a 4 page o ring binder hanging on the left side of the ticket machine. After you figure what you want to order, insert yen into the machine and press the appropriate buttons. A ticket will drop down with your change, if any. The host will collect your ticket and direct you to your seat when it is available.
