This is the healthiest and most valuable buffet I visited in Japan. I don't know why some other critics said it was dirty, I found it very clean and the food of high quality. What User doesn't like about Saijiki Namba Parks:
The selection of foods is limited and not much meat on the buffet table, but the products they have are very healthy and organic. The food is simple, but nourishing. Maybe that's why Japan is where you find the world's largest population of healthy older adults. View all feedback.
Awful....very poor quality ingredients and the sushi was too stale to eat. We ended up just having the miso soup and leaving everything else. Admittedly it was 2pm on a busy Sunday but that shouldn’t be an excuse.

I was really impressed by the variety and quality of food. Mostly vegetarian dishes, but a few with pig, chicken or beef. Great value for those who want to taste many flavors. In contrast to other reports, sushi was freshly released every 10-15 minutes. Wasabi on the side. The desserts were light and the perfect end of a beautiful meal. I even found paper towels under the cutlery station after embroidering some things with my fingers. Tables and seats are comfortable. A smooth jazz rift played in the background. Cold beer. Credit cards accepted.
Great variety. salads, vegetables and many Japanese foods.
