The meat selection is thrilled here! Didn't know there was a cut over wagyu and what a great surprise that was! We overdided the food: ordered the plate, Chateaubriand and Sushi with grilled Matsusaka beef. Wow! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were not able to call our hotel from our mobile phones and the staff left us on the restaurant phone with our hotel to find a lost item. View all feedback. It’s like the TGIFridays of beef. Very touristy given the global reputation. Set menus and food delivered without much fanfare in factory style. There’s nothing wrong with that exactly, but if you want to understand what you’re being served, you’ll have to ask. No one came to ask me whether I’d enjoyed my meal or wanted anything else.
