Great cozy ambience, staff is very welcoming. The guy who served us also speaks Spanish. Music is not intrusive. The menu contains a variety of different types of alcohols. You can also smoke shisha in this facility, which is probably not something you find elsewhere View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lapichu:
Great staff, great atmosphere, nice mojitos. Cheap shisha (1500 yen) but it was one of the weakest shisha I had in my life. Even though coal was changed once or twice but didn't make a difference to the taste or amount of smoke produced, and within 30 mins there was no smoke at all. If a good smoke is what you're after it's worth paying extra for a better shisha in another place. View all feedback.

We're from Hong Kong. Shisha is good and it caused us a little headbuzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Staff /Owner is friendly and English is ok. Can go back there, small but cozy environment! Music is cold.
There are so many tastes over20 with DJ live music. Even they don't take a table fee. Usually you can't find this type shop in japan
Great place, very recomendable if you want to cool out
Has everything a western bar would have. Shisha, half decent bar food, shisha, good drinks and a cozy fun atmosphere with fun music.
