Great resto, service was very good, even for us English speakers. We are a boiled fish soup with a delicious fish I have never seen before or since and can not even find on google, I am a former chef! Awesome sound system too, good to see a vacuum tube amplifier. Wow, 3 Michelin stars? Who rated this one? The food is not bad but not spectacular, simple dishes. The last dish before dessert was plain white congee, with a side of 2 pickled radish types and miso paste. Taste good but not 3 star good. Beef was good, fish was good but no otoro.
