I ended up leaving the restaurant after the staff member informed us that we shouldn’t use the door to the back parking lot. We explained that was where we had... read more I ended up leaving the restaurant after the staff member informed us that we shouldn’t use the door to the back parking lot. We explained that was where we had parked, but she shook her finger at us and said it should remain locked. We mentioned that we had entered through that door and the restaurant was still open. After she shrugged her shoulders, I told her that we wouldn’t be placing an order if this is how she treated customers. Given her attitude and rudeness, along with waving her finger at us as if we were children, we’ve decided not to return. Casey's offers better sandwiches, customer service, and prices. This incident occurred at 8:35 p.m. on April 22, 2023.

I called an hour ahead of time, but when I arrived 20 minutes late to pick it up, my order still wasn't ready.... read more I wouldn't recommend calling in your order here. I called an hour ahead of time, but when I arrived 20 minutes late to pick it up, my order still wasn't ready. I ended up having to take my two hungry kids somewhere else. The nighttime service is truly disappointing.
