Please tell headquarters that the fish should be always on the menu! Not just seasonal for lent.
Everything is great... it 's Arby 's. A bit pricey for fast food but it 's usually fast and it 's really good.
The young lady, Lee, at the Osage Beach, Missouri drive thru window and on the intercom was extremely pleasant! She read back our order and even up sold us on the 4 for $10 sandwich deal. We are trying to be a little healthier or we would have taken the cookies she offered as well. When we got to the window, she was all smiles and didn’t even blink when we asked for more sauce packets!! our experience was over five stars and we will be back if we can deal with her every time. I can honestly say that a smile at the drive thru window is very rare these days! The food was amazing as well! We really like the sauce selections especially the red ranch!! It’s my favorite!! Thank you for a wonderful trip to Arby’s today! I only wish we had gotten her name. She is the one with the red hair in a bun and the perfect smile!! They're literally at the point where you got to check every item you order before you leave to make sure it's not wrong. Ordered a chicken bacon Swiss with no lettuce or tomato, got a sandwich with literally only chicken mayo and bread.... mayo doesn't even go on that sandwich.
