Osteria La Ciccia - Ortovero

Excellent meal in a slightly off the beaten track village where even on a Monday evening the restaurant is filled with mostly locals and getting a reservation can be challenging. There are approx. 7 menues to choose from which include water, wine 375 ml pp) and 4 to 5 courses. When asked for advice it was refreshing that the most expensive menues €45-50) were not recommended in favour of two menues to share for €25 and €30 pp. The food was excellent, the meat tender and perfectly sized. The service was smooth, with a smile, and with Google translate it worked out well. Definitely a place to return to!

Excellent restaurant. Good atmosphere and very busy. Important to book a table in advance. There are different set menus ranging from about 25 Euros to 50 Euros. There is a vegetarian menu, but this restaurant is definitely for fans of excellent meat. The menus include starters, second course and main as well as a bottle of water, wine, coffee, dessert and a liqueur. The tagliata is absolutely delicious.

This is an amazing restaurant. If you are a meat lover, this is for you. A tagliata to die for. Value is first rate. There are different menus which all include wine, water, dessert, coffee and a little liqueur. The atmosphere is excellent, very busy and the service is first rate and charming. I recommend this restaurant unconditionally, provided you are NOT a vegetarian!

Posto, personale e cibo spettacolare. dopo anni che torno e resto soddisfatto del 100!% davvero consigliato a tutti. dalle famiglie, alle coppie, alle aziende di amici! Menu di officina consigliato con Firenze!

Siamo stati due volte in una settimana. Ottima conferma e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato solo a chi ama la carne.
