The ingredients are very fresh and local which is a great help for the environment and local community. Well done! I will miss this pizza when back in the UK

The wine and spirits are carefully selected to match your pizza. It takes slittle patience but it is worth the wait in this authentically beautiful location with stone arched ceilings. Francesco, the owner is absolutely chairming! He is my neighbor IN FRAIA where I stay at a local farm of the samen name at least twice a year!
