No eggs in the morning? REALLY?! What kind of fast food company that serves breakfast every day does not have eggs on a Saturday morning? One that's not worth going to, so I wouldn't recommend them.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a hot coffee with a French vanilla shot, along with regular cream and sugar, twice. Both times the order tag was printed correctly, but I only received coffee with cream that was at best room temperature. It was disgusting. Additionally, my husband's iced coffee came with only three ice cubes and none of the requested additions. It tasted like water. We will definitely not be returning.

Completely disappointing! They're constantly running out of items. I went in at 8 AM and they didn't have my coffee. Really? Isn’t being a coffee shop their main business? I just don’t understand. Who’s managing this place? First, you have to wait a long time, and then they’re always out of something. As a loyal customer, I'm consistently frustrated. Is it really that difficult to keep track of customer demand and order enough supplies?
The coffee was outstanding. The staff member at the window when we visited was a bit brusque, but I understand they were busy and likely needed a break. Overall, they are doing an impressive job, especially given the challenges of being understaffed due to reluctance to work.
