I waited 20 minutes for my order because... read more I used to enjoy getting sandwiches from this place, but after my last visit, I've decided to stick with Jersey Mike's. I waited 20 minutes for my order because they claimed it wasn't ready yet. In reality, it was right in front of them, just not where they expected it to be in the pickup area. To make matters worse, the sandwiches weren't good, and I only received a 6-inch sub when I had ordered a footlong. I tried reaching out to Subway's customer service twice, but I got no response. I'm not sure if they aren't contacting the owner or if the owner is just ignoring my complaints. Regardless, this is one of the few negative reviews I've ever written.
