Every time we visit, the service is consistently slow, and it seems they don't value customers' time. We often find ourselves waiting at the drive-thru intercom for over five minutes. It's frustrating to see staff who don't seem to take their jobs seriously. Perhaps they should consider hiring people who are genuinely motivated to work instead of those who stand around and neglect their responsibilities.
It’s evident that the restaurant is understaffed. Management needs to improve the situation by providing more help to the current staff. Additionally, it would be beneficial to hire employees who are genuinely committed to their work.
