Only two people there working. Busy with drive-thru orders so it was slow counter order, but the girl did the best she could. But after waiting, my wrap was cold. Got my money back. Went to other DD up the road in O.T., they had 5 or 6 people working! Aren't both of them owned by same person? Why the difference in staffing? Food: 1

Every time we visit, the service is consistently slow, and it seems they don't value customers' time. We often find ourselves waiting at the drive-thru intercom... read more Every time we visit, the service is consistently slow, and it seems they don't value customers' time. We often find ourselves waiting at the drive-thru intercom for over five minutes. It's frustrating to see staff who don't seem to take their jobs seriously. Perhaps they should consider hiring people who are genuinely motivated to work instead of those who stand around and neglect their responsibilities.
