Love the new renovations with the iced coffee on tap! So efficient and super cool looking! Staff are super friendly and pleasant! Very busy but they move quickly!
Went here and ordered plain bagel with cream cheese add sausage. I got a plain bagel No cream cheese no sausage and this happened the 2 times I ordered it within the past 2 weeks

Every time we visit, the service is consistently slow, and it seems they don't value customers' time. We often find ourselves waiting at the drive-thru intercom for over five minutes. It's frustrating to see staff who don't seem to take their jobs seriously. Perhaps they should consider hiring people who are genuinely motivated to work instead of those who stand around and neglect their responsibilities.
Both bagles burnt!!!!! Very little cream cheese!
