It makes me so uncomfortable when I go through the drive thru and they just don’... read more Unless I’m missing something, maybe Dunkin is very inclusive of mute employees. It makes me so uncomfortable when I go through the drive thru and they just don’t say anything? Even when I say thank you they just look at me blankly. I’ve never cared about customer service quality but just maybe training employees to use big words like “you’re welcome” or “hello” would help to not make people uncomfortable. However, the food and coffee is good and I guess that’s what matters.

Definitely not a friendly person. Don’t even consider going inside to order if you don’t have 20 minutes to stand there waiting for somebody to help you. All-town bathrooms are probably the worst in the area

The person who took my order at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. But the other lady (i assume she’s been there for a good amount of time) was extremely rude especially to the other employee. She was yelling at them or no reason at all and this caused the atmosphere of the place to feel off. I have notice this going through the drive thru as well. She is very aggressive when taking orders and snaps easily. Again, I have no problems with any of the other employees they always do an amazing job and are very kind. It’s just this one lady specifically.
