It's quite frustrating when the menu board doesn't provide ingredient details, such as whether a dish comes with a sauce. I ordered a sausage and bacon wrap, and it arrived smothered in an overwhelming amount of spicy mayo that made it inedible. It's quite frustrating when the menu board doesn't provide ingredient details, such as whether a dish comes with a sauce. I ordered a sausage and bacon wrap, and it arrived smothered in an overwhelming amount of spicy mayo that made it inedible. There was no mention of the sauce on the menu, and the picture didn't indicate it either. When I inquired about it, I was told I should have known it came with the mayo. I've ordered this dish at other locations and it didn't include the sauce, which is why I typically choose it. While it could simply be a difference in locations, it would be appreciated if they communicated this information better or made an effort to address customer concerns.

This place is always bustling with activity. The baked goods are consistently fresh, and the staff is fantastic. It's my favorite spot in town!
You are not sure what you will get when you order. But more importantly the last two times the lids were not on coffee and my husbands coat is covered and my son burned his hand. The guy saw and heard us and ignored the situation.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a decafe coffee, a green tea, a bagel and 2 farmers wraps. The tea was correct, and the food was correct.The decafe coffee was cold-luke warm. I ordered this through drive-thru, so I had to get out of my car and go inside the restaurant to request a hot decafe coffee.After getting my second decafe coffee, it was still cold-luke warm.I went back into the restaurant and requested a hot decafe coffee, freshly brewed. The staff smiled and laughed. I requested a supervisor, and the staff said the coffee would be ready soon. I requested a manager, and the staff said she's in the back. I asked for the manager to come speak to me. The manager blamed the issues on the coffee machine, but no apologies or refunds or anything was offered. I received my hot coffee after 15 minutes and multiple requests for a proper coffee. Now I'm late for an appointment and have cold food. Terrible Customer Service. The bagel had barely any cream cheese. On tip of this, the app doesn't work when you try to submit a review or comaint on the app.
