The food was exceptional and the service from our server, Kelsey, was top-notch. She was knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. The fact that 95% of the menu can be made gluten-free was a huge plus for me. The atmosphere was fantastic and made me forget I was in Fredericton. We will definitely be returning to MOCO as regular customers and have already recommended it to our friends. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner!

This restaurant is a hid... read more Last night, four of us dined at MOCO to celebrate a 56th Anniversary and we were extremely impressed by the quality of the food served. This restaurant is a hidden gem in our small town. We dine out for special occasions 4-5 times a year at top-rated restaurants, and it has been years since we have had a meal as delicious as the one we had at MOCO. The handmade pasta was outstanding, the ingredients were high quality, portion sizes were perfect, and the taste was exceptional. What stood out the most was the great value for such amazing food. MOCO sets a standard for quality and affordability that other fancy restaurants in town could learn from. We are already looking forward to returning. Also, a shoutout to Kelcie for providing excellent service.

S... read more The food was absolutely delicious, cozy environment (not over packed or close to other tables). Our waitress was such a sweetheart I believe her name is Alex. She was very enthusiastic about the food and even offered my friend a sample of wine since she had never tried it before. We will definitely be back strongly recommend trying the shrimp and fish cakes

The Beet Salad was just th... read more My server, Sarah, was absolutely fabulous. My dinner was exquisite..The Garlic Parm Bites were to die for as they melt in your mouth. The Beet Salad was just the perfect combination of sweet and savoury due to the goat cheese and citrus. My dinner entree of vegetarian Gnocchi Gorgonzola was rich and decadent. The best part was a drink that Sarah created and named called 'Can You Feel the Cran Tonight? ' that contained a splash of cranberry juice with Gin and some rosemary. How refreshing! Check out this place our if you feel like Italian. The ambiance of this place is great for celebrations, dates, and/or families. I am so glad for the discovery! We started with the calamari as an appetizer, which was light and crispy with just the right amount of breading. It was not greasy like some other places we have tried, making it one of the best calamari dishes in town. The Sambuca Scampi was a standout dish, with a delightful and creamy sauce that was thick but not overwhelming. I would be happy to have it as a meal on its own. For my main course, I ordered the Gnocci Gorgonzola with grilled chicken breast. It was a unique flavor that may require an acquired taste, as it was my first time trying it. While it was good, I would not necessarily choose it as my first preference for a full meal.
