Ran in 15 minutes before closing to beg... read more We rolled into Fredericton just before 10pm, but we had been aiming to have dinner here despite their 10pm closing time. Ran in 15 minutes before closing to beg for a table and they didn't need help convincing - they graciously let us sit and eat as many guests were still there. Ordered a shrimp pasta dish, but the waitress noted that the specific pasta for that dish was all gone. She instead had the chef create a kind of frankenstein dish just for me that incorporated fresh shrimp with their pasta special of the day that included ricotta cheese. It turned out to be pretty good! The portions are generous without being over-the-top, but I wasn't a fan of their toasted bread they served with the pasta. The restaurant has good ambiance and is easy to get to. We didn't feel rushed despite getting there so late. Definitely a spot for a relaxing or romantic dinner.

I'm a big fan of Crème Brulée and it is scrumptious! wow!

The oysters were del... read more We didn't have a reservation but only had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. There were 6 of us including a vegan and we all loved our meals. The oysters were delicious and the fettuccine was fantastic. We asked for a dish from the lunch menu and the chef was very accommodating and made the halibut which was juicy and flavourful. We had a Chilean wine and it paired nicely. The service was excellent and friendly. The atmosphere was modern and cozy. Great place for dinner or drinks

The food was exceptional and the service from our server, Kelsey, was top-notch. She was knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. The fact that 95% of the menu can be made gluten-free was a huge plus for me. The atmosphere was fantastic and made me forget I was in Fredericton. We will definitely be returning to MOCO as regular customers and have already recommended it to our friends. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner!

This restaurant is a hid... read more Last night, four of us dined at MOCO to celebrate a 56th Anniversary and we were extremely impressed by the quality of the food served. This restaurant is a hidden gem in our small town. We dine out for special occasions 4-5 times a year at top-rated restaurants, and it has been years since we have had a meal as delicious as the one we had at MOCO. The handmade pasta was outstanding, the ingredients were high quality, portion sizes were perfect, and the taste was exceptional. What stood out the most was the great value for such amazing food. MOCO sets a standard for quality and affordability that other fancy restaurants in town could learn from. We are already looking forward to returning. Also, a shoutout to Kelcie for providing excellent service.
