**Fork and Fire: A Fiery BBQ Experience** Fork and Fire is a lively barbecue hotspot offering a bold array of flavors, where spice enthusiasts will find their haven. Guests rave about the quality, noting top-notch ingredients and locally sourced meats that enhance every dish. While the well-smoked ribs and tender brisket garner much praise, some diners find the spice levels a bit overwhelming. The appetizers shine, with favorites like loaded potato skins and firebombs. However, the cornbread falls short of expectations. Despite minor service hiccups, the friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere ensure a memorable experience, making Fork and Fire a must-visit for BBQ lovers.

If you like spice, this is your bbq place. Was pleasantly surprised with the non-meat option (jackfruit), which I will order next time instead of meat (which was spiced too much for my taste). Loved the appetizers: loaded potato skins and firebombs. Atmosphere was loud, tables close together, but the service was excellent and employee morale was high.

I ordered the ribs with beans and chose a cornbread muffin on the side. The ribs were well-smoked and packed with flavor, but they were almost over-seasoned with the dry rub. Overall, they were enjoyable. The beans, on the other hand, were quite good and had a nice kick to them! Unfortunately, the cornbread was a letdown; it was rather bland. My daughter had the brisket, which was really tender and flavorful, and she loved it. We shared our meals, but I had to get up and find silverware at another table since we didn’t realize we were missing it when our food arrived. This wasn’t a big issue though. Overall, we had a nice experience. However, I would suggest re-evaluating your cornbread recipe, as it was probably the worst I've ever had at a BBQ restaurant. Typically, barbecue places know how to make cornbread!

The food was absolutely delightful. They use top-notch ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. All their meat is sourced from a local butcher known for its outstanding reputation, which truly enhances the flavor of the dishes. The pulled pork sandwich was exceptional, and the ugly steak is definitely one of my favorites.

Fork and Fire was delicious and the staff were super friendly. Of all things, their pies were extremely tasty. The BBQ and fries and cocktails were all delicious.
