Today I waited for over 30 minutes in the drive through to get some undercooked chicken tenders. If I had known it would take so long I'd have gone somewhere else. This KFC used to be the best around but has lost all the good workers I guess.

Went at 2:05 pm and they said didn't have nothing and had to wait 30 min ????. How not to be prepared at this time?. And took like 10 minutes just to bill the guy Infront of me. They have me the impression they are not prepared enough for giving a goodservice.

I visited the drive-thru at 8:30 PM and I wish I could give it 0 stars. I was informed that I couldn't order 6 legs, so I tried to order 4, only to be told that I could have just 3. Meanwhile, another staff member yelled out that I could only have 2. They mentioned it would be a 20-minute wait for legs. My husband attempted to order a large gravy but was told he couldn't get it. This is absolutely ridiculous; the locations on Mason Avenue and Port Orange would have fulfilled this order without any issues. When we requested large sides at the speaker, the manager approached us with an attitude, saying, "Oh well, you thought you were ordering a large side. That's not my fault." This is completely unprofessional and indicative of poorly trained staff.

A few minutes later, the customers in front of me received their meals. About six minutes later, the staff called out to a guy who came in after me, informing him that they only had two biscuits available for his order, which should have included four. They gave him instead two cookies and an extra piece of chicken, which seemed to make him happy as he left. Meanwhile, I continued to wait. After 20 minutes had passed since I placed my order (I checked the time on my receipt), I approached the counter. There was a blonde girl with a limp in the area, who I had noticed throughout my wait, but she wasn't attending to any tasks—she was just standing around. I asked her to check on my order, and she casually replied that she would, but then walked over to the drive-through window and didn’t return. She completely ignored my inquiry. After waiting a few more minutes with no one attending the register, I shouted into the kitchen, asking for someone to refund my money as I had waited long enough. A young man came to the register and asked how he could help me. I explained my situation: I had waited over 20 minutes while others who arrived after me were served, and after asking for assistance, the girl just disappeared. I expressed my frustration, stating that I had a long drive ahead and had already wasted 30 minutes in their establishment—I just wanted a refund. At that point, he turned and called out for Steve, saying he needed assistance. Steve, who was wearing a "shift supervisor" name tag, turned out to be the highlight of my experience. He took my receipt, confirmed the waiting time, and assured me that he would process my refund.

I just came from there, and the management really went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, especially since I had to wait a few extra minutes for my sandwiches. I wish more people would understand how challenging it is to fully staff a team right now and would be a bit more patient. Kindness truly makes a difference.
