After my visit, I discovered through Democracy Now that the Chipotle corporation has a pattern of understaffing their restaurants to cut costs. This location was a clear example of that issue. I feel for the workers who were doing their best to serve us under such conditions. I hope Chipotle decides to improve their practices, or that the employees choose to unionize for better support. Ive been to Chipotle all over the country. This is the best one. They greet you with a smile when you come in. The presentation is professional and clean. The food was cooked properly with the proper amount of spices. The food tasted really good and fresh. Operation is smooth even if they are not busy.In my opinion all the Chipotle stores in the country should model after this one. If they did I would feel comfortable and good about all of them.Issac8.10.2017_______Update 1.22.24This chipotle went downhill. For lunch they didn't have pinto beans.The lady at the line is rude. She asked me what kind of protein. I answered 3 times guacamole. She went on to give me very little and then I asked if she could put a little more and it would be extra.1. They were out of pinto2. The avocado IS my protein so don't be stingy!!!!3. The brown rice is under cooked so I opted for white rice even though I preferred brown rice. Two of the items I wanted WEREN'T available to me.
