It seem... read more I recently tried your sushi, but unfortunately my experience was not up to my expectations. First, the rice was too sticky and sorely lacking in flavor. It seemed like the balance between rice vinegar, sugar and salt was off. Then, the fish did not seem to be of impeccable freshness, a cardinal error for sushi. Additionally, the toppings were far from varied and the sushi was generally poorly rolled, which made eating it quite messy. To top it all off, the service was slow and not attentive. Overall, it was a disappointment and I'm not sure I want to try the experience again. Plus I would like to add that the fish is not at all fresh

The menu is varied, you can find a great diversity for sushi, California, dishes with Thai influences, as well as spring rolls etc. I don't think all the products are homemade, but the dishes are good as are the sushi. Small downside, it remains a little expensive for my taste but the quality is there. It’s a good address in Orly. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian starters and dishes, as well as sushi.
