It was so amazing to sit here and eat. The feel of the place is amazing and exactly like the movie. The service is great! If you add an allergen note, the chef will speak to you before preparing your order. I think that was a wonderful touch! We got the vegan and non vegan butterbeer and bangers and mash. Everything was delicious. The butterbeers were so good!! View all feedback.
What Allen Y doesn't like about Universal Citywalk Orlando:
Harry Potter themed restaurant at Hogsmeade. Sister restaurant to the Leaky Cauldron at Diagon Alley. Pros fast service and seating. There is a long line but the staff does a great job in getting you seated and the food ready. Cons generic English pub food. Aside from the interior design, not much Harry Potter events. Would be cool of they had performances. Overpriced for what you get. A place to eat while at Hogsmea... View all feedback.

Before I really get anywhere, the wait was absolutely dreadful.. But that is to be expected considering where we're at. Was it worth it though? I'm mixed on it. The ordering process was a bit weird. There's a few other places around that also use solely the app to order. The place is at no fault for this idea, I guess, but it felt weird that not a single member of the staff even greeted us. We were just sat and left with a QR code on the table. We weren't exactly told how to proceed. It was just by knowing that Mobile Ordering is a thing that we even figured out it's Mobile Ordering only. Good luck getting refills. Is your turkey leg dry or your food cold? Good luck finding someone to talk to. It just feels like a big cafeteria. Feels less Harry Potter and more viking longhouse. We're left to our own in the middle of a busy school lunch room rush in high school.. I guess is how it felt. I personally enjoyed my pie, corn, and ribs, but the chicken was incredibly dry; as was my girlfriend's turkey leg. All in all, it wasn't worth the wait. Still, it was an experience to have nonetheless.

We went for breakfast and 2 of us ordered the American English breakfast which consisted of fresh scrambled eggs. Well imagine my shock when, after paying $18 for breakfast I was served powdered eggs. Unacceptable!
We went here on a July 4th weekend and ordered the Platter for Four for $69.99 and iced butterbeer great deal and it was delicious! The platter has potatoes, vegetables, ribs and chicken. With my husband and 2 boys (10 12), we practically ate everything, with a little left over. It was really good, would come here again.
