Uncle Julio's Mexican From Scratch

Enchiladas were kind of hard on the bottom other then that it was extremely good. I have had them when they are perfect but yesterday I was a little unhappy

We always have missing items. We ordered fajitas tonight and didnt get any tortillas. This has happened a few times. We didnt order for months because of it and thought wed give them one more try. We are done with Uncle Julios.

The tortillas come off like they are 1/4 still raw dough. I get its straight from scratch but uhhh cooking it completely would be just as nice too.

Everything was delicious and portions were plentiful
