What User doesn't like about Tgi Fridays Universal Studios:
services are sucked. we had to wait for everything we needed: serviettes, refilling, dessert, the check. It was so bad that we had to get up to find our waiter and get what we needed from him. we spent twice as much time there just to get what we needed and the place was not even packed. that was also moderate. alfredo soße tasted like milk. lobster was rubbery. eating was overpriced for low quality. never again. Great food! Great service by Richard! Warned us that the food might be a while as it was busy didn’t take too long at all. Everything was with a smile; refreshing to see someone who enjoys their job and is actually happy to go out of their way to serve. We’re here on a short vacation and will definitely be making a return visit before we leave!

Food was really great! Went twice during our trip. Truly enjoyed the salmon and my partner loves the ribs here. Though I didn’t give it 5 stars because the ambiance was not 100%, tables and floors felt sticky like they were not cleaned properly and the drink menu had no prices whatsoever so you don’t know how much the drink you are getting is which kinda sucks.
