If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I ordered for the first time here two hours ago, and they had 3-4 dashers and I waste our time waiting for a simple pasta. My last dasher told me they couldnt find my order and they ignored her after she asked if they could remake it. My last dasher told me they couldnt find my order and they ignored her after she asked if they could remake it. Who has their customers wait 2 hours for a 1 item order then ignores the dashers trying to help? The food here could be good, but I will never know cause I will never order here again and Id advise nobody to unless you want to wait hours for your order and deal with employees who ignore necessary questions.
I love yall so much. You guys really care about how you present your food. Love to see it, one of my favorite restaurants on here.
