Planet Smoothie - Orlando

I used to really enjoy coming here because the smoothies were made with care and tasted amazing. However, they've recently hired new employees who seem inexperienced, and to be honest, I've been really disappointed during my last three visits.

I chose to remain silent and waited patiently for her to finish. It's frustrating to have to talk to the back of her head, and I certainly wasn't about to shout over the sound of running water. It seems like she lacks the ability to engage properly with customers. If she's unhappy in her job, she might consider stepping away from it. I've been to this establishment often enough to know that she is the only staff member who has left me with a negative impression. The other employees are consistently friendly and provide excellent customer service. I always feel relieved when I visit and she's not working. If I owned a business, I wouldn't want someone like her representing my brand. I gave this review two stars instead of one simply because they did manage to get my order right on the first try this time.

My smoothie didn't taste anything like it was supposed to. The almond berry blast flavor was really unpleasant and tasted awful.

Not the most friendly staff, but they get the job done. I came only after 8 o'clock and feel like I'm harassing her when I ask for a smoothie. always a setting, but there are all the other options in soonwin. wish that there and the girl bumps onto the floor.

Visited this place more than 3 times and have always smile friendly staff and fast and smoothie prep. great taste to sip during the walk around the park soonwin. prost!
